Lessons learned 606 (Pixiv Fanbox)

Some of you may have noticed the last two chapters coming online yesterday already. Today I cleaned up the images, re-did some of the lighting on the second image and finished the last 2 backgrounds before adding text/ combining the character with the backgrounds.

I'm happy with this set BUT... It has become clear that this way of working is not the way for me. I'm happy how the story turned out (even though I re-wrote the last chapter to a much shorter version since things were getting too sugar coated...) but it took WAY TOO LONG to write it all and creating the images + variants as well. In the end I can't help but look at it and think: That's all? In a way, I can feel that some people who support me might share the same feelings about this piece. Especially because the story is supposed to be a romantic story and lacks hardcore bondage/bad endings and perils in general. It's far from my usual output.

The character has a lot of variants however and I was able to delve deeper into making backgrounds and the extra time spent on that is noticable (I think/feel). Other than that, if you have any requests/feel like there are combinations missing; leave a comment below and maybe I can add more images to the folder that suit your taste.

Let me know what you think about it all and if this was a hit or miss. I've already received some messages and was about to give up on this entire set but the poll made me push through so a big THANK YOU! to all the people who voted for me to keep working on it.

I googled what the size of a lightnovel is and realized I just did 3/9 months work in merely 1 month + 2 images! (52933 words if you add all 5 chapters together).
