[INFO] Paypal Option on Gumroad (Pixiv Fanbox)

yesterday I received a message from a user (thanks, Akira-san), who requested me to add the Paypal option Gumroad, and I thought Gumroad has the Option to use Paypal since the beginning, my stupid brain thought that it was because of Country restriction in Paypal.
