今日、私は自身のゲーム「TGD」のitchページを変更しました。

今後、私のitch商品ページにアクセスすると、TGDは見当たらず、代わりにそのようなゲームが表示されるでしょう。

しかしながら、ページの指示に従って別の場所からパッチをダウンロードし、そのパッチとゲームを一緒に配置して開くと、正常なTGDのゲームが表示されることでしょう。

私はこれが少し笑えるように思えますが、これは現在の状況がいくぶん悪いと思えるため、やむを得ない方法です。

わずか数日前、またもやいくつかのクリエイターが警察の調査を受けました。その原因は、警察がHサイトのデータを通じてそれらのクリエイターを発見したためです。

私はHサイトの問題は既に終息したと考えていましたが、今見るとそうではなく、いつでも危険にさらされる可能性があります。

さらに、以前は安全だと思われていたPatreonですら、最近になって調査を受けるクリエイターが現れました。その原因は、外国為替収入を中国に移動した際に監視されたためです。

これが私がitchのゲームをこの形式にした理由でもあります。私は販売中のゲームをすべて正式な形式のゲームにすることで、外国為替収入に合理的な説明を提供しようと考えました。なぜなら、私自身もいつ調査を受けるかわからないからです。

しかしこの方法がどれだけ効果的かは分かりません。

前回のHサイトの事件以降、アメリカのPayGo携帯カードを購入し、このカードを使用してTwitterやTelegramのアカウントを再登録し、情報の安全性を確保しました。中国の携帯カードはすべて実名制が必要ですので、これに対する対策です。

しかしながら、本日、政府が海外携帯カードの販売履歴を各店舗に提出するよう要求し始めたという情報が入ってきました。これはPayGoカードであっても安全ではないことを意味します。

另外、中国政府は前の2日間に新しい規制を導入しました。この規制によれば、検証されていないアプリに対して携帯電話サービスプロバイダーがネットワークサービスを提供してはならないとされています。もしもこの規制が厳格に実施されれば、中国の携帯電話ではTelegramなどのデバイスを使用することはできず、VPNソフトウェアを使用して海外ネットワークにアクセスすることもできなくなるかもしれません（TwitterやYouTubeなど）。

これらの事象が一つ一つ連続して発生しており、私にはあまり良くない予感がします。

以前のHサイトの事件後、私は国内でのゲームの宣伝や販売ができなくなり、国内からのほとんどの収入を失いました。収入はほぼ半分に減少しました。

そして今、海外の収入もさらに減少する可能性が高いです。なぜなら、ゲームを本体とパッチの2つの部分に分ける方法は取引の複雑さを著しく増加させるため、多くの新しい友人が私のページに訪れても理解できずに去ってしまう可能性があります。

また、このような分割は技術的にも容易ではなく、作業量が大幅に増加する可能性があります。特にEMPのようなまだ制作中のプロジェクトにおいては尚更です。

申し訳ありませんが、EMP以外にも、私はひっそりといくつかの新しい企画を制作しています。元々、今年の下半期に皆さんに驚きを提供したかったのですが、ますます多くのクリエイターが調査を受けている現状を考えると、開発の進捗を一時停止せざるを得ません。

予期せぬ事態が発生した場合、私自身だけでなく、協力している画家の友人たちも巻き込まれる可能性があるため、これは私が避けたい状況です。

しばらく様子を見て、次にどうするかを決める予定です。

今天我更改了自己游戏TGD在itch的页面。

现在你来到我itch商品的页面后，会发现TGD不见了，取而代之的是这样一款游戏。

不过如果你按照页面的指示到另一个地方下载补丁，并把补丁和游戏放在一起后，打开就会显示成正常的TGD游戏。

我知道这样看起来有点搞笑，不过这是我不得已的做法，因为现在的情况看起来有些糟糕。

就在前几天，又有几名创作者被警方调查了，原因还是因为警方通过H站的数据发现了他们。

我曾经以为H站的事情已经结束了，但是现在看来还没有，我依然随时都可能面临危险。

另外就连之前看起来比较安全的patreon，在不久前也出现了一名被调查的创作者，原因是他将外汇收入转移到中国时受到了监控。

这也是我将itch的游戏做成了这种形式的原因，我想把在售的游戏都做成这种正规游戏的形式，来尝试给自己的外汇收入一个合理的解释，因为我不知道自己什么时候也会被调查。

不过我不知道这种方法能发挥多少作用。

在上一次H站的事件后，我购买了一张美国的paygo手机卡，通过这张卡来重新绑定了twitter、telegram的账号，想保证自己的信息安全，因为中国的手机卡全部都要求是实名制的。

但是今天我得到了消息，政府已经开始要求各个店铺提交自己所销售的海外手机卡的记录，这意味着即使paygo卡也不安全了。

另外中国的政府前两天又出台了一项新的规定，要求手机服务商不能给没有备案的app提供网络服务，如果这项规定严格落实的话，中国的手机上就不能使用telegram之类的设备，也无法通过一些vpn软件来访问海外的网络了（比如twitter、youtube）。

这些事情一件一件的接连发生，给我一种很不好的预感。

之前H站的事件过后，我已经不敢在国内宣传和销售游戏，这使得我几乎失去了来自国内的所有收入，我的收入减少了接近一半。

而现在，海外的收入恐怕也要进一步缩减了，因为把游戏拆成主体和补丁两个部分的方式会显著增加交易的复杂度，很多新的朋友进入我的页面后恐怕只会一脸不解地离开。

而且这种拆分从技术上也并不容易，会导致工作量的大幅增加，尤其是EMP这种还在制作中的项目。

我感到很抱歉，其实除了EMP外，我还在悄悄制作几个新的企划。原本我想在今年的下半年给大家一个惊喜，可是现在随着越来越多的创作者受到调查，我也不得不将开发的进度暂时停止。

因为一旦出现意外，不仅是我自己，和我合作的画师朋友们也可能受到牵连，这是我不愿看到的局面。

我会再观望一段时间，以决定下一步该怎么做。

Today, I made changes to the page of my game TGD on itch.io. Now, when you visit my itch product page, you'll find that TGD is no longer there; instead, there's a different game.

However, if you follow the instructions on the page to download a patch from another location and place the patch and the game together, it will open as the regular TGD game.

I know this might seem a bit humorous, but it's a measure I've taken out of necessity because the current situation seems somewhat unfavorable. Just a few days ago, several creators were investigated by the authorities again, with the reason being that they were identified through data from certain websites.

I had thought the issue with those websites was resolved, but it seems that's not the case. I'm still potentially facing risks at any given moment. Furthermore, even Patreon, which had seemed relatively secure before, had a creator under investigation recently. The reason was that their forex earnings were being monitored when transferred to China.

This is also why I've adapted my itch.io game in this manner. I intend to present all my games for sale in this conventional format, attempting to provide a reasonable explanation for my forex earnings, as I'm uncertain when I might also be subject to investigation. However, I'm unsure how effective this approach will be.

After the incident involving certain websites, I purchased a prepaid mobile SIM card from the United States. I used this card to rebind my Twitter and Telegram accounts, aiming to ensure the security of my information, as all Chinese mobile cards are required to be registered under real names. However, today I received news that the government has started to require stores to submit records of their sales of overseas mobile SIM cards. This means that even the paygo card might no longer be secure.

Additionally, China's government introduced a new regulation a couple of days ago, requiring mobile service providers not to offer network services to apps that are not registered. If this regulation is strictly enforced, devices in China won't be able to use apps like Telegram, and accessing overseas networks through some VPN software (such as Twitter and YouTube) would become impossible.

These incidents are happening one after another, giving me a sense of unease. After the incident involving certain websites, I no longer dare to promote or sell games within the country. This has led me to almost lose all income from within China, reducing my earnings by nearly half.

And now, it seems that overseas income is also going to be further reduced. Splitting the game into a main part and a patch adds significant complexity to transactions, and many new visitors to my page might just leave in confusion. Moreover, this kind of split is not technically easy and results in a substantial increase in workload, especially for projects like EMP that are still in development.

I feel deeply sorry. In addition to EMP, I've been quietly working on a few new projects. Originally, I wanted to surprise everyone in the latter half of this year, but with more and more creators being investigated, I have no choice but to temporarily halt development progress.

In case of any unexpected events, not only myself but also the artist friends I collaborate with could potentially be affected, a situation I wish to avoid.

I'll be observing for a while longer to decide what to do next.
