Apparently, Pixiv and Pixiv Fanbox are updating their terms of service. Which can be a bit of a problem, to say the least.

Here is an excert from the new rules:

Furthermore, the rules or policies of Brand Protection for Card Networks transactions for content that is patently offensive, unethical, or promote criminal activity; such as, by way of example and not limitation:

・Sexual exploitation of a minor

・Incest

・Bestiality

・Rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior)

・Non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part

Depending on a fairly restrictive reading of the first or fourth point, one may say all my works here and in Pixiv can be at risk. In which case, I will simply close shop (again).

This said, conceding that neither exploitation nor rape are among my interests (because they are not - as far as I am concerned), the second bullet point means that every one of my works where it appears to be a familial relationship between players WILL have to go for sure - or, at the very minimum, change their titles (no mothers or aunties any more, thus, nor "Uncles").

These new rules come into action on December 15 - I will expunge every work that I suspect may break them starting December 11 - (it is going to take me a while).

By then I expect all of you to have saved a copy of everything you hold dearest - I suggest to keep them in some encrypted archive.

Have you considered switching to subscribestar? many other fanbox creators are doing this.

Could you release a 7z packed archive for supporters with every image you want to purge? It would be easier for us to save your work safely on our disks. Regards

Not everyone has a credut card (esp outside of the US) and subscribestar only allows card payments. Also i heard that they might follow up with similar rules since credit card companies insist on them.

Thank you for this. Maybe even a complete collection of your works? even unsorted to save time. Let's hope for the best but who knows what comes next
