その後、Pixivグループが規約を改定した理由が、一部の投稿者によるリアルな児ポ画像の投稿を無視できなくなったため、と、理解しました。

そんなことがあったとは知りませんでしたが、とりあえず、現行で事務局は、ロリショタクリエイターを排除したいわけではないと判断しました。

ただし、この投稿を作成する画面にも、『利用規約やガイドラインに違反する行為をした場合、クリエイターとしての利用を停止する可能性があります。』との文言が目立つ場所に鎮座しています。それがまるで脅し文句のように見えます。

もちろん私は、リアル児ポ画像を取り扱ったことはありませんので、こちらでは堂々とこれまで通り、3DCG画像や動画を投稿すれば良いのでしょうが、こういう文言をちらつかせた状況下では、やはりこれまでのように投稿するのは難しいのかなと言う思いが強くなります。実はひとつ気になっている点がありまして、事務局の謳っている「写実性が高いもの」の中に3DCGによる描写が含まれていないかと言うことです。もし、そうだとしたら、おそらくこれまでのようにR18なショタ系3DCG画像をアップした時点でアウトになるでしょうね。そこが不明瞭のまま、かといって、事務局に問い合わせてもまともな回答は得られないので、結論として引き続き、ここは様子見したいと思います。

さて、その間、皆様との交流が途絶えるのも寂しいですので、ここしばらく、新天地を探していました。

そして、新たな活動拠点を本日開始させましたので、お知らせしておきます。

Later, I understood that the reason why the Pixiv group revised the terms and conditions was because they could no longer ignore the submission of realistic child pornography images by some contributors.

I did not know that such a thing had happened, but at any rate, I have determined that the Secretariat does not want to exclude Lolishota creators in the current situation.

However, even on the screen for creating this post, the statement "If you violate the Terms of Use or Guidelines, we may suspend you as a creator." sits in a prominent place. It appears as if it is a threatening statement.

Of course, I have never handled real child pornography images, so I guess I should be proud to post 3DCG images and videos here as I have done in the past, but I strongly feel that it will be difficult to post as I have done in the past under the circumstances where this kind of statement is flung around. Actually, there is one point that I am wondering about, and that is whether the "highly photorealistic" items mentioned by the secretariat include 3DCG depictions. If so, I would probably be out when I uploaded an R18 shorta 3DCG image, as I have done so far. Since this point remains unclear, and since I cannot get a straight answer by contacting the secretariat, I would like to continue to wait and see what happens here as a conclusion.

In the meantime, we will miss our communication with you, so we have been looking for a new location for a while now.

And I am pleased to announce that we have started a new base of operations today.
