Fukase Commission - Where In The Playpen (Pixiv Fanbox)

We were given the commission of "Baby Carmen Sandiego." We could've just drawn her as a baby. That was really all that was ordered. But got to thinking.... If she'd been regressed, Carmen would still be the world's greatest thief, and still be robbing things. Just now she would be stealing items that would be appealing to a toddler. But not just ANYTHING that would be of interest to a toddler, she'd be getting valuable things of that. Not just value in terms of money too, items with cultural and historical significance. I researched for this one. I looked up the world's rarest and most expensive teddy bears to try and find out which one Carmen would want to steal. Something that carries with it a history lesson about the Titanic seemed appropriate.
