Here's some more hopium (Pixiv Fanbox)

So, first and foremost, this morning I had reported like 6 accounts that's attempting to trade & sell IRL child pornography. I don't know if this is a bot or an actual person, but this shit is phucking annoying. >_>

If you do see these strange posts, please report them and get these people gone. You might find these post under the loli, 3d, virtual youtuber, hololive, genshin impact, NovelAI, gawrgura, tags.

It's like as soon as the account is gone, it comes back immediately. This is not good...

As for the hopium, there's something I've noticed when writing the blog yesterday and that's the comparison between Patreons Guidelines/TOS and Pixiv TOS.

In patreon's Guideline, one part states, "We have zero tolerance when it comes to the glorification of sexual violence which includes bestiality, rape, and child exploitation (i.e., sexualized depiction of minors)..."

While the guidelines says, "Child exploitation", you can't really exploit a fictional character. The detail of this guideline goes to "Sexualized depiction of minors" which then relates to loli content.

The definition of depiction means to paint, depict or portray something. In the artist case, to draw or create. This is a very key definition, if we are going to compare this to Pixiv's new TOS.

In Pixiv's new TOS, they word it as "Sexual exploitations of a minor."

"Exploitation" not "Depiction."

If the definition is worded correctly in Pixiv's new TOS AND if this is related to IRL stuff as well as everything else in Article 14, item 26, this new TOS may not have to do with anything fictional related.

This may also be connected to all the accounts I had to report this morning that have been attempting to trade & sell IRL Child pornography. This same stuff may have been on BOOTH & Fanbox, but that's just an assumption, I have no evidence on that.

So let's *huff* *huff* more hopium and pray that December 15th isn't the end for artists.
