Regarding Fanbox changes (Pixiv Fanbox)

Despite the awful change this apparently only affects accounts that have not used paypal or that are new accounts, these cases will not be able to use paypal but i am still able to withdraw to my paypal account, this change basically says that from here on out new accounts will have to sub through cards, I will continue to use fanbox since this is the only site other than patreon which i was kicked out of that allows for paypal withdrawals, i sure hope you continue to support me despite these changes, sites like subscribestar can't get the money to me at all and they also just work with cards so that change won't benefit me in the slightless.
