There is a very good reason why you should never anger a magician. And young Felix here is learning why the hard way. The boy was constantly mocking the local magician, and giving away secrets to spectators. The magician had enough, and one day followed Felix on his way home to put a stop to it. After capturing him, a spell was placed on Felix that banished most of his body into limbo. The rest of his body, however, was sticking through small holes on a magical disk. This disk had evil runes circling it that were designed to torment whoever was stuck in the center of the disk. The runes could create and manipulate objects to be used to torment the unfortunate victim by teasing and tickling them. They could even cast a new spell on their genitals that would give untold, divine, and intense stimulation nonstop. The spell keeps the genitals aroused constantly, no matter how much the victim cums. The runes will keep the victim alive through magic, and will no longer require food, water, or rest. The victim's sensitivity will also increase by the same magic as time passes. Because of how much of an annoyance Felix was, the magician has no plans on releasing the poor boy ever.
