What time is it? Poll time. Dead or Alive poll with Sayuri, Shandy and Amy. Animations from last time featuring Ada Wong. I didn't intend for all of them to be vertical, just kind of turned out that way. Sorry about that for those of you who aren't the biggest fan of vertical videos, just me maximizing my screen real-estate. Some are a bit wider for maximum optimization, but still relatively vertical.

Wow…those splits and the cowgirl on the girl are phenomenal….. Weird to say but you captured the “Asianess” of her facial features quite well… And this is just me but the clothes paizuri and that sweater reminds me of sandpaper 😭

Wow.... was too focused on DMC3 to check for posts!! Ada is here boys. Quickest of warnings!! The clothed paizuri is a bit broken, if she isn't supposed to have a "bra" or if the pp isn't supposed to pierce her clothing, then you're warned. Since I'm doing my best to finish DMC3 here I'll point out some quick things. Love that you kept her straps and such for the nude version. Boots too. The particles are neet but perhaps a bit too fast. Could just be a dusty ventilation system, no big deal. All poses are great, some bodily oddities here and there. But that's just the usual Lazy charm. Love her expressions. Your very first non-anime looking grill.... well, in a long time at least. I give you the seal of approval for REngine generated models. Hopefully other come up in polls. You can skip Claire tho... She got hit hard by the REngine.

I swear, there was no clipping with that one and then I re-rendered it just to fix a lighting bug and somehow clipping occurred. Annoying, but I'll re-render it. I couldn't figure out a way to slow the particles down and loop it seamlessly without something weird happening. I'd have to extend the length of the video to really do that, but I also only spent like ten minutes on it so it's whatever. If anything, REmake4 has more egregious particles in a lot of places.

I'm sure some rule34ers will complain about the particles, or the lack of a BBC. But if someone adds audio, they only need some ventilation system sound and it won't look that odd anymore. Just a dank abandoned room Ada took "someone" real quick to got some release. Forgot to praise the lighting too... I'm really intrigued about how it would look in pitch black with only the red lights. Even if you couldn't see shit X3. .....Brah.... I forgot about DMC3's boss rush.... oh dear.... I'm almost there tho.

Okay, it's re-rendered and reuploaded. And the room is a particular room from RE4 that was extracted by someone else. I always sort of remember that room, and it's one of those rooms that they basically recreated 1-to-1 in the remake. DMC3's boss rush is nice since you can make it short or long, depending on what you want to do. Always liked it, personally. The chess room before it is more annoying to me, especially on DMD.

The chess enemies are probably the worse enemies in the game. Boring, don't react to your attacks and plentiful. The bosses are going ok. The RISING DRAGON!!! move from Beowulf is eating through their health. Does a boss fight happens in this room?

Worst enemies are the Fallen. Chess enemies are boring, but they're not obnoxious "hide in the wall/floor/ceiling" fuckers with a shit ton of health and that do a shit ton of damage. The chess enemies are cool in concept, just not great in execution. Could be great with some retooling. No boss fight, but it's a 'transitory' room where various encounters happen.

Can't think of wich one right now X3. A lot of rooms in that game can blend in my mind when I don't play for a long time. It does look like a sewer room. Oh yeah... those fuckers.... I hate enemies with no-clip. Especially ones that fly and don't react to your attacks, therefore you can't do combos, therefore a lot for jumping and missing attacks constantly. (If this storm fucks up the power mid boss rush....(ಥϖಠ).....) So, how did you fare with her expressions??? Was it any different than with other characters?? Then again, RE4R Ada isn't that emotive...)

No reward. It's the room with the staircase on the island before the regenerators in the tubes in the remake, and the lab area where you get the infrared scope in the original. I didn't do much with her eyes in that one, so that's kind of on me. As for the boot... not really. I could go into detail, but I'm feeling lazy today and say that it's too much effort and work to get it done.

Omfg, I read RE2 instead of 4 X333 my mistake. Still don't remember the exact room. Only played it twice you see.... Btw... DMC3 halted, rip. Very intense lighting going on. Don't want to risk my PS5. Vergil approached a bit too soon there. Yeah, I can kinda imagine the process. Don't see a lot of people that just render images doing that sort of thing. So imagine our dear Lazy animator. You made her look really pretty. And some of the poses made me wish there was a kneeling reverse cowgirl, like the acclaimed Scarlet animation. Honestly, Vergil in 3 is the most fun Vergil to play to me. I feel they gave him too many of Dante's moves in 4 and 5, while also bumping up the "cheating DLC character" aspect instead of just "unlockable boss character" that he was in 3. Wouldn't be the hardest thing in the world, but I also don't think it'd be the best looking thing either.

Bro what the fuck. This Ada set is so damn good!! I still can't believe you made the entire set clothed you absolute mad lad. I am feasting on this one. That clothed paizuri and the POV reverse CG are fantastic, and the gloved hand on the BJ is doing things to me on a primal level. The backgrounds/lighting is also really fun too. Great work all around, especially for your first RE animations! One of the things I've realized with the VV OC's is just how overly elaborate their initial swimsuits are. How the hell is Shandy supposed to use that mess at the beach? I think the wild initial swimsuits started with Nagisa. Who brings boots to the beach???

I believe I played 3 Vergil after 5. Because I remember trying to learn the judgment cut timing. And learning how weird that move works compared to 5. DMC5 is still my favorite playing Vergil, but that's just from memory. I remember still having fun in 3. Since she's just a PS2 model, and since Capcom constantly changes the look of their characters. A green chick with red hair isn't that complicated. The bat dress is the problem.❬¬ω¬❭

But Dante is the originator of the Stinger. Every action game has some form of Stinger because of Dante. He should get the Air Stinger before fucking Vergil who is the lame ass weeb katana jobber. Give Vergil an air Rapid Slash for all I care, not the air version of the most god damn iconic move in the series. Why does the character who doesn't even use an appropriate weapon for it as his main god damn weapon get it before the guy who uses it in every game since the first one gets it? Dante's got the most extensive air options of all the characters when you get down to it, and with all the jump canceling, weapon switching, style switching, and Quad S SDT instant transformations, you can do a lot of shit. And Redline with Cavaliere-R is a stinger like move, but the fact his DSD does not have a dedicated air Stinger(and no, the summoned sword Stinger does not count) is just heresy to me. I could forgive Nero having it, since he only had one weapon in 4, he was a new character, and it wasn't a Stinger - it was an Aerial Streak... but Vergil getting it before Dante, and then Dante not getting it in the next game... it genuinely upsets me.

Ashley doesn't even hold a candle to Ada in this new one. It really feels like they all went to a Halloween store and just bought the "Sexy" version or whatever their gimmick is, and cut out the unnecessary parts to become a "swimsuit." I know the canon lore is that Tamaki designs their shit for them, but even still it's all so silly. It's definitely gotten worse and worse with the newer girls too. Gotta keep them unique in some way I guess. And limitations are some ways too. At least in DMC3 I didn't see any opportunities to use some sort of air stinger tho... no air move would push the enemies away. Barely any flying enemies, plenty of big boys tho... AS would have been useful there. But I mean ground stinger works fine for that too... Had to force myself to stop playing... No cutcenes playthrough with Vergil has a sense of speed and momentum that is hard to stop. It has that RE NG+ feeling.

It's more about principle to me. And Dante is the "everything and the kitchen sink" type of character, so he's the character to have everything just because it's 'stylish'. Vergil is more about efficiency, so him having a limited moveset makes sense in that regard. But I will say I am very Dante-biased.

I enjoy limiting an arsenal in a customizable way(ie, DMC3 Dante), as opposed to just having a limited, but always accessible moveset(ie, all of DMC4). Which is honestly why I want Dante to have more weapons, styles, and moves. Want more customization, instead of just being given a smaller arsenal that he has all at once. And Vergil is fun, I just find him too simple and too easy. Even his timings are more lenient than like, Nero's Ex-Act exceeds. IMO, anyway.

I haven't followed anything new in that game in quite a while content-wise, so I assume the swimsuits that they release in the gacha are not even swimsuits anymore. I mean granted even when I was still around they just had normal ass outfits that were counted as "swimsuits," but I assume it's even worse now.

Yep, Marika next(this weekend), then "mysteries" until Halloween(probably - I'm in the mood to keep things quiet for once, so I don't have any plans to tease things). Already got the next two after Marika done, though the 2nd character - who I finished today - is only gonna have five animations since I couldn't think of anything else I wanted to do for them. May try to add a finisher later to one of them to make up for that, but I've got a month to do that lol. Actually started a little bit on some Halloween stuff, but gonna need to figure out who/what I want to do for the final release before Halloween. All 3 times I played the free trial of the game I made a Miqo'te. 2 times making my OC. And this time I went with a new OC. To spice things up. I did think going cat girl AGAIN was kinda lame. But they were just trials. This time I got the game for real. Was REALLY considering bunny girl after seeing they have normal feet.... but I resisted the temptation. Had to go with the Hime-cut too. Man... you have a menu set and ready to go. I only hope that secret recipe you were working on turned out well. Don't remember you being this locked and loaded last year around this time. A quick check showed that the biggest things you did at that time was the Cowgirls Fest, Jihl, and 2B. Sice wasn't a huge effort since you weren't feeling her. And now we got 2 Capcom girl, Girl Co-op, Dark queen, Tree queen next, and let's not forget a truck load of Hopium. And that secret recipe. I believe that banner represents the new management the LCU got. Commander has been making you work!

I'm just ribbin' ya. I'd probably make a cat or a bunny myself. Anything but a potato. The stars aligned and the motivation kicked in and I was able to get to work and stay at work. That said, I am starting to run out of steam. I can feel it in me bones. I've still got animations in me, I just don't have the same level of drive I had there where I was animating 4-5 animations per day without stopping half-way through an animation or anything. I'm starting to procrastinate and I've been leaving stuff half finished for a little while before getting back to them. Motivation is fleeting, sadly.

It was something I chose, yeah. It's one of Nyotengu's from the original DOA5. It felt fitting for Aranea - mature, but relatively modest compared to some, and of course it's a dark color like Aranea's outfits. Gentiana's is one of Christie's from DOA5. Could have honestly put the Nyotengu one on her, but I felt it more fitting for Aranea(especially since both her armor and that outfit has something that shows off her navel), and went with that one for Gentiana since her Shiva form is very skimpy anyways so I don't think she's adverse to showing off.

I don't think anyone is doing it as a bad thing, but that doesn't mean it can't be taken poorly. Constant comparison to another person's work can result in feelings of inadequacy or that you're living in someone else's shadow and that you'll never amount to anything, etc. Like, if he's cool with it, that's fine, but I just don't want it to be something he has to deal with otherwise. And in case you hadn't noticed, I'm a recluse. I keep to myself so interaction with other creators is basically nil unless they're the type to reach out to me, which a few have on occasion. I also have a low self-esteem so I typically assume every other animator doesn't know I exist unless proven otherwise. Whenever someone says "this must be inspired by you!" I'm just like "suuuure".

It might be a loose comparison, but it's still a comparison. After all, would you be bringing him up to me if his stuff didn't make you think of my own stuff? It doesn't matter if it's just because he's doing FFXV, or how different the type of content within is, it's still a comparison. And I already know I've inspired some artists. I've had them reach out to me directly. I just don't talk about it because it's private. I also highly doubt I'll have anyone trying to copy my style when I'm gone like that. And even though I do that, comparisons still get made. It's like when you said one of my Mai animations was Spizzy inspired, I was like "what?" and only realized what you meant when I looked at their stuff for the first time in years. I've honestly got some ideas for XV stuff beyond Halloween, so they'll make their appearance again. Admittedly, it's mostly Luna, Iris, and Gentiana ideas, as they often are. x) Yeah, all those are pretty much what I've come to expect of Ace Combat. Same composer, so no real surprise. It mainly just has more of that modern 'movie cinematic soundtrack' vibe to it, instead of that sort of mid-2000s... grunge? Rock? Electronic? vibe that I sorely miss.

Japanese games have a tendency to make their characters ALWAYS say a line whenever they attack, or maybe a peculiar kind of grunt. Like the classic "DA". And honestly, they... never get old. Begone, and blast is one I like to hear whenever I panic jump attack to not get hit.

It depends. Most of the times the lines or the voices are good, but if there's a particularly grating or annoying voice line... it could get annoying. I can think of a few off the top of my head, but nothing in DMC. They all have good voices and lines. Especially DMC1's "DAAH!" A classic that never gets old.

I did it for both reasons. (͠≖ ͜ʖ͠≖) I also really liked the sort of THUD and sort of thunder it made in 1. It's always a good move(except in 2 where it's almost funny how wimpy it is), but the one in 1 just had a certain oomph to it even if I love being able to Million Stab off it in 3-5.

They're alright. The HD art isn't quite as charming to me as the sprites, but they're fine. I'm still somewhat in the groove, but it's definitely waning. Unfortunately just how it is. Can't keep the motivation train rolling 24/7, I'm afraid.
