I couldn't decide on which picture to use, so here is another one.

Cinque... outside the blowjob and the last shot, fairly bog standard. But I do really like the final shot, which is why it's got the finish. I've tried that particular pose before, but this is the first time I feel like it turned out well enough to use. Usually it looks weird. Still a bit weird, but better than my older attempts.

Alright. Hold onto your butts, everyone. I've long debated whether to spring this on ya with no warning or what not, but to avoid pissing people off too much or giving people a right fright, I'll be kind and give everyone a fair warning. Tomorrow is that lovely day called April Fool's Day. And while I've only partaken in the festivities a couple of times, I've had plenty of ideas for it over the years. And this year is a doozy of one. Tomorrow will feature eight characters. There are varying degrees of horrors contained within. From no horror at all to 'wtf were you thinking'. To give everyone a fighting chance, I will give a hint for each character contained, so that you might avoid getting an eyefull of something you didn't want to see.

Maiden 29 - A maiden with a healthy heart.

Maiden 30 - Age hasn't slowed you down one bit.

Maiden 31 - Sure to not be who you're hoping for

Maiden 32 - Will strike you with awe

Maiden 33 - A foul mouth, but a pretty one.

Maiden 34 - Not the maiden you're looking for.

Maiden 35 - A timeless classic.

Maiden 36 - Blue strikes true.

I was gonna have the post tomorrow go up a bit later than normal so I could be there for the fallout, but I've decided it probably won't be good for my heart to be sitting there waiting for the fallout to hit instead of just walking into the fallout after it's already happened for a few hours. So I won't necessarily be around for the post at first, unless my nerves keep me up or something. x)

Also, there will be a supporter poll going up later today that's a bit of a joke. One of those ideas I had since I started the polls for an April Fool's poll. Surprisingly, it's not the character selection that's a joke. You'll see what I mean. It'll come with a bonus video that is not an April Fool's, but my pre-emptive apology in a way. That'll go public at some point, but not totally sure when. Maybe to start off the next round of characters being released. Speaking of, there will be a second poll in the middle of the month, before the start of the next round of characters. I should be done with all the animating of the remaining characters by that point, so I'll be starting up the polls again.

Lastly, a small update/ramble. Starting tomorrow, I will be on a two week break(that I may or may not cut short, depending). I am currently 56/64(with one additional character for the bonus that goes up later) done of the roster, with only 8 more to do. And I will admit, I might be out of steam. Once I hit that 56th character, the thought of doing another character - a particularly challenging one at that - just kind of broke something inside of me. 25 characters I started and finished this month. 25 in 29 days, since I haven't touched anything project related since the 29th. The idea of animating another finish is enough to make me want to lose my mind. I am by no means burnt out on animating. In fact, you want to know how badly I don't want to animate a finish? I even have a 20 second animation with her that's basically ready to go, and I enjoyed myself. I had fun tinkering with the physics settings and seeing the results after a minute of waiting. I had fun animating something relatively simple, but different than what I've been doing the past month. But you know what I enjoyed most? Not animating finishes.

I hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, animating finishes. It's boring, it's tedious, it's frustrating, it's not interesting, it's time consuming, it's just not fun. Let me tell you how much I've come to hate animating finishes since I began this project. I don't want to animate another single one again in my life. I fucking haaaateeee it. I haven't felt such a visceral feeling like this since the time I played like... six hours straight against a Zero player in UMvC3. After nearly 200 games of back-and-forth with only water to fuel me, I had to stop. I felt like something was snapping in my head and that if I went further I was going to legitimately lose my mind. You can only deal with that bullshit for so long before your mind just begins to run purely on fumes. Fuck Zero. Fuck that little shit and his lightning buster bullshit that hits you wherever, whenever, however he fucking wants and you have to guess correctly at least twenty times before you can even think about doing something other than block. Fuck Vergil too for that matter. He can eat a dick as long and wide as his stupid ass hitspheres. Where was I? Oh right, finishes. The idea of animating Cloud of Darkness's eel things while also animating her finish makes me want to be fighting against a Zero player in UMvC3 for six hours again. I don't mean to whine and complain, but I just wanted to rant a little since I haven't had the opportunity to ramble in a while and I needed to get it off my chest. It's like 75% hyperbole, but it did make me feel better. I also wanted to give you what is essentially a heads up just in case this this ends up becoming a 56 fully animated characters with eight characters that have no finishes. If it does, you know why.
