Performance-enhancing drugs (Pixiv Fanbox)

Our dungeon R&D department is always trying to create the perfect aphrodisiac. Of course, medical trials such as that come with some side effects – such as extreme nymphomania, the growth of new genitals or in some cases: both. These two unfortunate guinea pigs have had a dose of our newest aphrodisiac a few days ago and have been going at it ever since, with their newly developed genitals showing no sign of growth so far. We figured it’d be best if we left the two with each other and observe the outcome since it looks like they’re enjoying themselves~
