Trainees who have been with us for a while and always do well during their sessions get certain… privileges. A trainee with slightly sadistic tendencies, for example, might be given the privilege to toy with a new trainee of lower rank. Of course, we always monitor those sessions as well in order to make sure that nothing is amiss and sometimes to even get some inspiration for new training methods.
