Risa is a troublemaker! Breaking a vase, causing problems on the school trip, trying to escape the school, and now going to another school without permission. When she gets back to the high school she needs to be disciplined for her repeated bad behavior. If the disciplinary committee is nice maybe she'll get off with a light punishment. But if you ask me, I think she deserves a fully naked suspended hogtie for a few days. Maybe then she'll learn to behave.
