In Bed with Nana (Pixiv Fanbox)

At first I was preparing this piece for my Fanbox cover work, but due to pixivFanbox guidelines, it's NOT recommended to set the cover image in such explicit pose, so I decided to post in here for my supporters. I guess I have come up with something less explicit artwork for my Fanbox cover.
