I've managed to solve the issue, the problem lies with the default language the extraction tool uses during name encoding. Hence, the solution is to manually change the name encoding language during the extraction process to Japanese and the files will be readable again. For WinRAR, it's at option > name encoding > Japanese, or just Ctrl + E as the shortcut key. Just leaving this here so you're aware too Funa. Great job on your work as usual!
