Cause

My game is made with software such as the basic action game Maker MV, and it seems that the game made with this software does not work unless Microsoft Visual C ++ is downloaded to the PC.

I have all of those. It still crashes on launch. What do I do? Do I wait for English transation? (Sometimes Japanese games dont work on my computer because they're japanese and thus the lack of japanese fonts screw up the game)

If that doesn't fix the issue, I've found removing all japanese characters from the folder names and running the game in Windows 7 compatibility mode worked for me.
