"Hello everyone. Bethany, Alice and I are hard at work trying to figure out

Fanbox's new updated Terms of Service. It's all in Japanese but Google Translate says in one interesting part:

"'Prohibited products' refers to products that violate public order and morals, such as live-action products that violate public order and morals, and products that violate public order and morals, such as highly realistic expressions that cannot completely dispel concerns that there are actual victims"

Also:

"Prohibition or restriction on the use of specific payment methods Products judged to require correction based on the content of the expression and accompanying data (titles, tags, text of posts, and other descriptions)"

From what I interpret..."live-action" is debateable. I'm not sure if my 3d work falls under that. I do know that my old narrations fall under "text of posts", and since they explicitly refer to their prohibited items (loli & beast & occasionally incest)...the narrations will have to stop.

So my plan going forward after Dec 15th is to start posting the same pictures as usual, but without narrations. I will most likely stop having any preview pics at all and only have the mega links to the actual picture. If this process isn't flagged by Pixiv then maybe I can slowly move back to previews.

I also will definitely have to start removing old posts. I will start from the oldest stuff first, and the posting of the zip files will outpace the deletions.

Also, if anyone here can read Japanese and give a better interpretation than gTranslate then let me know in the comments!

TL,DR: I'm going to try and keep going but without narrations. Old posts will be removed.

Also, more zips have been uploaded to the Tier 1 Zip files

I hope your plan will work 🤞 ...though I'm impressed you could come up with any plan while having two sexy secretaries around

I will definitely miss the narrations, a lot, but if that is what is necessary to adopt to the censorship so be it.

"Yeah...I think at least at the start we'll have to be mega links only. Then slowly we'll add things back in to see what FanBox is and isn't okay with. But thank you for your patience!" -The Director

This seems like a pretty good plan. Especially with the less-than-clear guidelines, it should be obvious that you're trying to be compliant as best as possible. That should be worth something if there are further objections. Am so glad the girls at The Facility will continue to have a place to work and play. Ah, to be a fly on the walls... :)

"Yes I hope so, Pixiv has been known to selectively enforce their draconian measures, so hopefully this will suffice!" -The Director
