Dumbbell Bench Press

1: Lie back on bench holding a dumbbell in each hand just to the sides of your shoulders. Palms should be facing towards your feet in the starting position.

2: Press the weights above chest by extending elbows until arms are straight while clenching Kegel muscles to stimulate partner.

3: Bring the weights back down slowly past shoulders and bring them closer together at the top of the movement.

4: Repeat until partner climaxes or fuck machine ejaculates.
