SQUATS

1: Assume squat stance. Feet shoulder width apart, turned 5-30 degrees outward.

2: Keeping your chest up, start movement by bending knees and pushing hip back and lower until thighs are parallel to ground and dildo is inserted fully. If necessary, stack weights to raise height of dildo.

3: At lowest point, pulse 2-3 inches until dildo ejaculates.

4: Repeat 5 sets of 5 reps each. If lifter orgasms during exercise, repetitions must be restarted and weight increased by 5 lbs.
