好美おばさん Project (Pixiv Fanbox)

One of 山文京伝 Sensei last works finally was published not too long ago. Although the plot did not move in the pace I expected, it looked good enough to wait for a continuation. I decided to work on a fan art based on the main characters. 好美さん is the only one who is shown on the dojin cover with colors.

I found some nice base references for the style and posing but I was not sure about the coloring of each character's hair color and clothing. I just had to start improvising and see what happens.

Right now this illustration is in progress. I am doing the outlining and coloring simultaneously as a change for the usual procedure I follow. I need to include a third character in the scene eventually. Depending on the way it looks once the composition is completed, I might consider to do an alternative non-clothing version.

By the way, I haven't thought about the background yet.
