Monsters of the Sea Project (Pixiv Fanbox)

[Fan-art Project]

This project was conceived long ago. I just happened to come across with one of the animated scenes from [吉野もみぢ] original games and decided to make a fan art.

The original game is called "Monsters of the Sea" and there are three volumes. If I am not wrong, this title was released in 2009. Unfortunately, the author did not continue with the plot. The animation was very smooth.

As a RPG-like story, I tried to make the illustration look a bit like [無職転生] Series. I also used [西安] style for the female character design.

Progress Report [WIP 005]

This illustration is almost complete. I managed to find a photo reference for the background and characters' shading is still in progress. I am adding the lighting and small details. I might consider adding bedroom items to make the scenery look a little bit more real.
