[Commissioned request]

This illustration was one of the first requests I took by the end of October. I was asked to make a h-scene with the whole Fatal Fury team in action and Mai as the main star, of course. Working on it reminded me to those classic [彩画堂] works such as [ユリ&フレンズフルカラー].

I started to look for references based on Bleach manga male characters and KOF 99 game character design style. If I am not wrong, KOF 99 is one of the few instances where Mai had the chance to be in the same team with Andy. However, I wanted to make the mood look like it was a night and private "team session". For this, I relied on screenshots from animated series such as Arslan Senki to get part of the color palette.

Right now this illustration is complete. However, I might consider in the future to add some background. I originally planned to use Basilisk OVA color palette, but as I said before, I chose Arslan Senki's animated scenes instead.
