ポケモントレーナー [エミー] (Pixiv Fanbox)

This illustration is a commission project from a few months ago. I was asked to make a female pokemon trainer illustration based on an original character presented by the same person who requested it. It was meant to be a gift for a friend, so I wanted to make it look as close as the original design. I had lots of fun finding references for the posing and character design style. In the end, I tried to keep a female character design similar to the classic "Golden Boy" OVAs. As usual, I struggled with the background and spent several hours on it.
