BOOTHで購入された方につきまして (Pixiv Fanbox)

最近だした新刊などで「購入したがダウンロードができない」と言う方いらっしゃいますか？

１件お問い合わせただいたいんですが、今までその様な報告はなかったもので…。

スマートフォンのみの場合でもzipファイル解答ソフトはあるみたいなのでそちらで対応してくれ。なんですが、ダウンロードそのものができないと言うのは初めてで…。

今回問い合わせしたくれた方も「ダウンロードできない（購入履歴URLのみ）」だけのメッセージで、困惑しちゃったんです。

(しかも二回も買ってしまわれたみたいで申し訳ないすぎる）

ただこういう場合こちらではなんともできないんです、

「購入履歴とダウンロードがそもそもできないか、zip解凍ができないかなどの状況をしっかり明記したうえで公式に問い合わせてください」としか言えないんです。

申し訳ないですがよろしくお願いします。
