でもシュキ (*´ω`*)
昨日ちょっと体調が良くないと言いましたが
寝てお風呂入ってトローチ舐めたら回復しました!!
やはり睡眠最強!
私は精神的な疲労も体調不良も寝ると割りとすぐ回復します。
逆に睡眠が足りていないとすぐ駄目になっちゃいます。
目的のために時間を削るのは大事だけど睡眠時間だけは削っちゃいけないと思ってて
昔、午前2時半に起きて始発で出社、終電で帰宅をずっと続けていた時期があってその時の精神状態は過去最悪だった気がします。ほとんど記憶も残ってません。
この時はツイッターもゲームも辞めてあらゆる娯楽を削った上に睡眠時間も削らざるを得ない状態だったので致し方なしの所もあるけど
削るなら生活に支障が無いところからからですね ( *• ̀ω•́ )b
