今回は他のプランでは言えないファンボックスの葛藤を書きたいと思います。

興味の無い方はスルーしてください。

私は支援者がプランに加入してくれた際必ず記事でお礼を書くようにしています。

お礼のＤＭを送ったりしていた時期もありましたが、返信が無い事も有り相手もびっくりしてしまうかなと思ったので記事のみでの挨拶にしました。

感謝の気持ちの１つとしてプロフにお名前を掲載させていただいていますが、解除された際に名前を消すことに申し訳なさを感じています。

支援は善意によるものなのでいつ解除していただいても大丈夫ですし、支援していただいた事実は消えません。でもプロフの圧迫が激しいのと管理が複雑になるので消さざるを得えません(´;ω;`)それで今のようなやり方に収まりました。

記事を見ていると順調に人が増えていっているように見えるかもしれません…！

事実他の方からもそう言われた事が何度かあります。

でも実は加入者より退会者が多くマイナスになる事も珍しくなかったりします。

マイナス情報は退会しにくいような雰囲気にしたくないので伏せています。

そう、ファンボックスを運営者は全員月末に恐怖してるのです…！！ ((ﾟﾟ((Д))ﾟﾟ))

入れ替わりは当然の事だしショックで寝込むとかそのような事は無いのでご安心を！

フィードバックもないので、投稿者はどこから流入しているのか、何が問題だったのか、何を求められているのか等自力で考え続けるしかないのです。

技術力やネームバリューによって潜在的支援者の数は限られているので、同じ事を繰り返しているといずれ伸びなくなります。

新しいことに挑戦しない限り技術もコンテンツの成長もないです。

ファンボックスの運営は会社経営と近いものがありますね( ˘ω˘ )

ファンボックスを運営している人の平均支援者数は3人だそうですが、一部の方が3000人とか抱えているので、ほとんどの方が０なんだそうです。

いつまで続けられるかはわかりませんが、私自身の動機は楽しさが一番なので今年もまず半年続けれるようにしたいです(*´ω`*)
