これ9割方が無断転載しています(･ω･)

ツイッターではハッシュタグを使えば無断転載が許される風潮があるけど

そんな事は全くありません。

画像レスも同じでフリー素材ではありません。

引用条件を満たしていなければ他人のイラストを無断で使用しているのと同じ。

ゲームのスクショも利用規約があり、明確に禁止している会社もあります。

アニメ等のスクショも当然ダメです。

(私も昔アニメのスクショ載せてしまったことがあった;)

でも、絵描きじゃない人はそんなの知らないだろうし

怒られたところであまり関係ありません。

で、これプロ絵描きでも知らずにやってる人が多いんですよ。

自分の絵は無断転載禁止です！と言いながら人の絵を無断転載してるわけです。

当然企業にも信用されませんし、発注候補に上がっていても私なら絶対選びません。

迂闊な行動で損害を与えられる可能性が在るからです。

私個人としても、どれだけ絵が上手でもこういった行動をへーぜんと行っている人には警戒心を抱きます。

尊敬する絵描きがこのハッシュタグを使っていて、この方のことだから自分で描いた絵を載せてるんだろうな～と思っていたら公式画像をばんばん転載していて…。

普段は見かけてもスルーしますが、イラコンで何度も受賞経験のあるガチの方だったので、場合によっては炎上する可能性もあるな～と思い

差し出がましくもＤＭでお伝えしたら、やはりそれを危険な行動だと思っておらず、周りが盛り上がっていたから何も考えずにやってしまった。とのことでした。

赤信号皆で渡れば怖くないの心理ですね(´・ω･)

自分で撮った写真や描いた絵なら著作権はともかく無断転載にはならないし

任天堂ゲームのスイッチのスクショ等も問題ないです。

引用条件を満たしていれば他人の画像でも問題ない場合もあるので

絵描きならこの辺はある程度抑えておきたいです。

と自戒の念も込めて思うのでした。
