力の差は、測る側もある程度の実力が無いと絶対測れないんですよね(･ω･)

そうじゃない場合理解したつもりになっているに過ぎないのです。

仮にＡ、Ｂ、Ｃのプロの絵描きがいての実力差が

Ａ>>>>>>>Ｂ>>>>>>>>>>Ｃくらい離れていたとします。

ＡとＢの実力差はＢから見ると10年以上あると感じていて

でもＣからするとＡもＢも大差なく見えてたりするんですよ。

ＡとＣは実力的に20年以上離れているけど、絵に関心の無い一般人からすればＡもＢもＣも同じに見えてたりします。

画力ってそんなもんなんですなぁ( ˘ω˘)

ここでやっちゃいけないことなんですが

ＢがＡを目標にして頑張っていたとして、でもＣからすれば同じように見える

なのでＣは、褒める励ます意味で「Ｂさんも十分Ａさんと張り合えますよ、Ａさんなんて目じゃないです」なーんてことを言ってしまうと･･･

Ｂの性格次第では断絶される可能性が在ります。

ＢにとってＡは尊敬の対象なので、同列に見られることの嬉しさよりＣにＡを侮辱されたと感じる可能性があるんですな～。

これで空気悪くなってるの何度もみたことあります･･･。

絵描きは上手い人ほど繊細でめんどくさい人が多いです。(例外有り)

なのでまずは地雷を見抜きましょう。

褒める時は、何かを下げるような褒め方は絶対しちゃいけないのですな。

「○○おもしれーーー！△△とか○○と比べるとくそｗｗｗ」

みたいな事を言う人がたまに･･･どころかよくいるけど。

他人の創作物同士を比較するのはナンセンス

完全に外から見てるだけの視点なので、創作者としてみなされなくなります。

安易に作品批判するのは自分自身叩いてるのと同じようなものなんですな(･ω｡)

よく知らないものを妄想で批判するのが最もＮＧ

信頼関係次第だけど大抵次から通話してくれなくなります。

私も若かりし頃アシスタントの現場で注意されたことがありますね。
