チラ裏　社属絵描きの巨大メリット　eng♯569 (Pixiv Fanbox)

イラストレータはフリーか社属かで分かれますが

社属には多大なメリットがあります。

私はフリー経験が無かったので、自分をより苦しめたいと思って辞めましたが

最初にフリーを経験していたら恐らく会社は辞めて無かったでしょう。

それほど多大なメリットがあります(･ω･)

・金銭的余裕が生まれる。

最大のメリットはこれ！

生活が安定するのは何物にもかえがたい。

・仕事を自分で探す必要が無い。

失敗しても納期を守れなくても早々クビにはなりません。

フリーなら一発で終わりです。

・絵が上手くなる。

アートディレクターが絵に指摘してくれるので

沢山学べて上達します。

・同じような熱量を持った絵描きが沢山いる。

私にとってこれは大きかったです。

互いに刺激して競いあうことが出来ます。

勿論デメリットもあって。

・やりたくない仕事を任される。

辞める原因の多くがこれな気がします。

採用された！と思ったらドカ○ンの絵を量産する仕事だったりします。

当人の実力次第で配属先は変わります。

配属先が嫌で二日で辞めた人とかいました(･ω･)

・絵が一定以上上達しない可能性がある。

会社はスピードの方が大事なので、超絶クオリティの絵1枚より

そこそこクオリティ3枚の方が良いのです。

そこから先を目指すならかなりの努力が必要になります。

・上達しないと人間扱いされない

会社にもよるけどどこも大体そうです。

人権が無くなると言ってもいいかも。

・精神的に絵描きではなくなる。

個人によるけど仕事で描くことで満足してしまって

創作できない体になってしまうことがあります。

こうなると絵描きというより素材屋です。

良いか悪いかはその人次第(･ω･)

・メンタルがやられる

ピクシブでデイリー1位取るような人が普通にいたりします。

自分の不甲斐なさに負いつめられることも･･･

とまあ色々書きましたが社属のメリットはめちゃでかいです。

自分に好ましいチームに配属されたら超ラッキー。

今の実力で会社に入りたかったなぁ･･･(；´д｀)=3ﾄﾎﾎ
