私がよく使ってる鮭グループは3週間前は平和そのものだったのですが

毎回サーモンランでカンストする超暇人ゲーマーAが現れ

その方も最初は謙虚だったけど、一部の人からスゴイネスゴイネと言われるにつれて態度がどんどん尊大になり、初期のかっちゃんのように

イキリちらしはじめるようになりました。

私が「サーモンランでこういうことがあったんだ。」と

雑談チャンネルに書くと「それは味方をキャリーできてないあなたのせい」

みたいにいちいち噛み付いてくるのです。

「オメーに言ってねぇよボケが！！」って言いたくなるけど一応黙ってます。

アドバイスを求めてない人にもキツイ言葉で一方的にアドバイスをしまくり

雑談に書き込む人はガチ勢だけになりました。

ゲームを単純に楽しみたいメンバーからかなりの不満が出ていて

多くのメンバーがグループに現れなくなり、ゲームの募集も劇的に減りました。

管理者はやる気はある人だけど、その問題について気づいてる様子がなく、

むしろAを褒め称えて助長させてしまっています。

管理人に伝えるべきか迷ってるけど、正直そこまでする義理はないよなぁと思ってて

緩やかに滅んでいくのを眺めるのも楽しいかもなと思ってます🥴

以前いた獣イカグループでも問題が起きる前に管理人に助言したけどスルーされて

案の定予期した問題がすぐに起きて滅びました。

人を束ねる上でバランスを保つのはとても大事な事なんだけど

これがなかなか難しいんですよ😏
