5ヶ月間サツマイモばっかり食べてたけど

久しぶりに体重計ったら結構増えてたからしばらく控えます(´;ω;`)

芋のせいかはわからんけどね。

代謝が悪すぎて皆と同じように飯食べるとすぐ太っちゃうから。

人生において食事を楽しむって事をほぼ捨ててるんですよね～。

I've been eating nothing but sweet potatoes for 5 months.

I haven't weighed myself in a while and I've gained quite a bit, so I'm going to cut back for a while.

I don't know if it's because of the potatoes, though.

My metabolism is so bad that if I eat the same food as everyone else, I gain weight quickly.

I've almost abandoned enjoying food in my life!

I haven't eaten rice or bread for about 4 months now...w
