さっき歯磨きをしてたら違和感があって

鏡で確認したら前歯が大きく欠けてた…orz

最近出血が多かった理由はこれかい。

一般的な人より多く歯磨いてると思うんだけどなぁ😂

歯の大事さに気づいたのが遅かったせいで、既に歯がボロボロだからどれだけ頑張って磨いても延命措置にしかならないのよね…。

痛くなる前に明日歯医者に電話しよ…😖
