今回は私が強い影響を受けた言葉を書きます。

読まなくても大丈夫です☺️

シェイクスピアの残した名言で「この世は舞台、人はみな役者」

という言葉があります。

私は高校生の頃、からくりサーカスで

「この世は舞台なり――

誰もがそこでは一役、演じなくてはならぬ」

と引用されているのを読み、知りました。

その言葉は当時の私に大きな影響を与え、その時から恥ずかしくない生き方をしようと意識するようになり、

人生の主人公は自分だとなんとなく思えるようになったのです🐯✨

だから私は私の倫理観で主人公として相応しくない行為はしないよう意識してます。

盗んだり、暴力を振るったり、嘘をついたり、匿名を盾に他人を罵ったり、ネガティブな呟きで人を不快にしたり、思い込みや決め付けでレッテルを貼ったり、晒し行為をしたり、そんなのは主人公のする事じゃないと思うわけです。

ゴンや悟空がそんな事してるの見たくないよ私は！😂

そのような行為をしていると自己肯定感は低下し続け、批判に敏感になり

自分への批判でない事まで批判されたと感じるようになります。

人も皆離れていくし、良い事は一つもありません😂

負のスパイラルです。

通話をしていても、普段からそのような行為をしてる人は、本人が自覚してなくても結構わかるもんです…自己肯定低い人ほど他者への攻撃性強いですし言葉の節々にそれを感じることがあります。

過去にも書いたかもしれないけど

自己肯定感を高めるには理想の自分でいる努力をする事です。

理想とかけ離れた行為をするほど自分が嫌いになってしまい

結果承認欲求モンスターに…。

簡単ではないけれど、前向きな気持ちを持つのが大事なのかなと思ってます☺️

Everyone must play a part on it.

I learned about it when I read a quote from Karakuri Circus.

These words had a great impact on me at that time, and from that time on, I became conscious of the need to live a life without shame.

I've come to believe that I'm the hero of my life 🐯✨.

So I am conscious of not doing anything that is not appropriate for a protagonist in my sense of ethics.

Stealing, violence, lying, cursing others under the cover of anonymity, making people uncomfortable by mumbling negativity, labeling people with assumptions and judgments, and exposing people are things that I don't think a protagonist should do.

I don't want to see Gong or Goku doing that, me! 😂

You will feel criticized for things that aren't even criticism of you.

People will leave you and nothing good will come out of it 😂.

It's a negative spiral.

Even if you're not aware of it, it's pretty obvious when you're on the phone with someone who does this kind of thing on a regular basis... People with low self-esteem are more aggressive towards others, and you can feel it in every word they say.

I may have written about this in the past.

In order to increase your self-esteem, you need to make an effort to be your ideal self.

The more you do things that are far from ideal, the more you hate yourself.

As a result, you become an approval-seeking monster....

It's not as easy as it sounds, but I think it's important to have a positive attitude like that ☺️.
