更新しすぎはむしろ反動で継続更新できなくなるから要注意なんだそう。

創作のモチベーションは個人で大きく異なるんですよ。

だから私は2年以上毎日更新してるけど、反動は特に無いです。

創作できないときは、出来るときに作った絵のストックを使ってます。

他の人が週１で更新してるから自分もそうしようなんて考え方は、基準を他人に依存した考え方だし、毎日でも週１でも週２でも出来る範囲は自分で決めれば良い。

私だってもっと忙しくなったり、比重が変われば更新頻度だって変化するでしょう

頑張りの基準を人任せにしない、これは何事も継続する上で大切かなと思ってます🐺✨

The motivation to create varies greatly from person to person.

That's why I've been updating every day for more than two years, but I don't have any particular reaction.

When I can't create, I use the stock of pictures I made when I can.

The idea that because others update their work once a week, I should do the same is a way of thinking that depends on others.

You can decide how much you can do, whether it's every day, once a week, or twice a week. I'm sure the frequency of updates will change as I get busier or as my weight changes.
