最近私はココヤシに興味があって色々調べたりしていました🐯✨

するとヤシは飲む以外にも胚が食べれたり、ココナッツミルクやオイルを作ったり酢を作ったり酒を造ったり、燃料になったり、おわんになったり、建築の材料にもなったりと万能すぎる植物だとわかってきました🐯✨

Lately I've been doing a lot of research on coco palms and I've been interested in them 🐯

私もフィリピン農園便りではじめて知りましたが、ココナッツには100個に一個くらいの割合で胚が異常成長するレア物が存在するらしく、クリーミーで美味しいそうです。

一度食ってみたい( º﹃º｀ )

I learned for the first time from the Philippine Farm News that there is a rare type of coconut with abnormal growth of embryos in about one out of every 100 coconuts, and it is said to be creamy and delicious.

I want to try it once.

そして芽の出たココナッツは胚が球体に成長し野菜のようにシャクシャく食べれるんだとか、これも食べてみたい( º﹃º｀ )

でも私が5年以上視聴しているフィリピン農園だよりでは毎回ココナッツが登場してるのに紹介されたことないんですよ。

日本語で検索しても全くヒットしないし真実が気になってしかたないのです…！

フィリピン農園便りがブログを公開してる事を知り、そこにヒントがあるんじゃないかと数日読み漁っていました。

そしたらなんと最新のブログに、芽の出た椰子の写真が載ってるじゃありませんか。

この方はブログコメントは全て返信してくれるのでチャンスと思い聞いてみました。

でも取れる量が少なくて高級品なんだとか。
