昨日は起きたときから左胸が痛くてしんどかった…！

お風呂に浸かったら大分楽になったけどまだ違和感あります。

寝室が寒すぎたせいもあるかもしれない((;っ´°Д°`c))

エアコンも壊れかけてるからあんまり暖かくならないし…。

寝るときくらいは電気毛布使う事にします💦

I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this, but I'm going to try.

I soaked in the bath and it got much better, but I still feel uncomfortable.

I took a bath and it helped a lot, but I still feel a bit uncomfortable. It might be because it was too cold in my bedroom.

The air conditioner is almost broken, so it doesn't get very warm....

I'm going to use an electric blanket at least when I go to bed💦.
