少し前に写真を参考にして描く事についての記事を書きましたが、

実はこのスケッチの方がリスクあったりします💦

何故かというとほぼ元の写真通りに模写してるので

創造性は認められないからです。(この場合模写かトレースかは関係ない。)

例外として少人数で楽しむ分にはOKなので、SNS等には乗せてません。

模写をSNSに載せるのもよほど悪質で権利 を主張したりしなければ基本は大丈夫です。

ただ個人のイラストの模写だったりすると本人に怒られる可能性はあります。

直接販売はしていないけどファンボックスで限定記事にするのはどうかなぁと前々から思っていたので、過去の記事含めスケッチ記事と、キャプスケッチ記事は全体公開にしようと思います。元々あまり人が見てない記事でもあるしね…！

それならリスクは限りなく低いのです( ˘ω˘ )

最近ツイッターのフォロワーも増えてきたので、こういったこともより細かく気にしないとだめかなと思うようになりました。

I wrote an article a while back about drawing with reference to photos.

Actually, this sketch is riskier than this one 💦.

The reason why is because I'm copying almost exactly the original photo.

This is because creativity is not allowed. (In this case it doesn't matter if it's copying or tracing.)

I don't put my work on social networking sites because it's OK for a small group of people to enjoy it.

Basically, it is OK to put a copy of your illustration on SNS as long as you do not claim the right to do so.

But if it is a copy of your illustration, there is a possibility that you will be angry with me.

I've been thinking for a while about making this article limited to fanboxes, so I'm going to make all the sketch articles and capturing articles public, including past articles. And it's an article that not many people have seen to begin with...!

Then the risk is as low as possible ( ˘ω˘ )

I've been gaining more followers on Twitter lately, so I'm starting to think that I need to pay more attention to these things in detail.
