何かとトレパクだと騒ぐ人とにかく多いですよね。

数ヶ月ぶりにツイッターを切り替えたらこんなリプがきてました。

There are a lot of people making a lot of noise about something being treacle anyway.

I switched over to Twitter for the first time in months and got this rip-off.

検索するとかなり沢山の作家に迷惑リプ送りまくってる人みたいです( ˘ω˘ )

この方とは面識もないし話したこともない。

私に送っている「別件のデザインコンテスト…」って内容も私がツイッターを見ていない間に勝手に送っられたもので何のことか知りません。

それが5chに晒されたのか自作自演かは知らないけど、原因の当人がスクリーンショットを私に送りつけてきたというわけです。

絵描きをしてるととにかく嫌がらせをしたいって人が沸きます。

この方もその類の人でしょう。

これとは別に今回はよく騒ぎになるトレパク問題です

絵がトレス臭いと言われていますが、何度も言ってますがs基礎練習などはｄAの写真を参考にしてますし、写真から一部あたりを取ることもあります。

参考にしてるからこそ敢えて小細工せず、キャンパスサイズも同じにしてます。

ｄAではこのような練習を多くの方がしていて、写真を載せてる人もポーズを真似られて怒っている人を見たことがない。

写真を参考にポーズを真似たりするだけでも必ずパクリだー！叩けーって輩が沸きますが

何か法的な問題があるかというと問題ありません。

昔ゲーム会社でカードを作ってましたが1万枚あるカードの中には完全に一致するようなポーズは大体10枚はありました。

誰の作品か一目瞭然の独創性があって、その作品の色味やら全てをトレースしたのを自分の作品として発表するのが問題なのです。

その事を知らない人はトレス、模写＝即違法と決め付け攻撃してきます。

トレパクと騒がれている事の殆どがこれで、誰も被害者がいないのに

勝手な正義感を押し付け間違っても謝罪しません。

鳥山先生の絵柄に似たゲームが出たときも著作権が～！と炎上してましたが

絵柄に著作権はありません。騒いでる人が無知なのです。

そもそも著作権は親告罪で当事者同士の問題。

それなのに全く関係ない外野が素人目線で勝手な判断をして、無断転載というトレパク検証をし、犯罪者のように扱い謝罪要求したりするのはむしろ強要・脅迫・名誉毀損に当たります。

絵画、アニメ、漫画すべての芸術作品は模倣が基本。

オリジナリティは模倣からしか生まれない、創作者なら皆知ってます。

なのに何かを参考したりするのは悪だ！と思い込んでる人がとても多いですε=(・д・｀*)

いつも楽しそうに絵を描いているように見えるかもしれませんが、絵描きをしていると本当に多くの批判に晒されます、ただ描いているだけでも勝手に恨まれ勝手に嫌がらせを受けるのです、イラストレーターの友人のほとんどが被害に合っているのでSNSをしている限り避けるのは難しいでしょう。

だからこそファンの存在は非常にありがたかったりします🦁✨

I don't know this person and I've never met or talked to him.

I don't know what the "another design contest..." he's sending me was also sent to me without my permission while I wasn't on Twitter and I don't know what he's talking about.

I don't know if it was exposed to 5 channels or if it was self-made, but the person who caused it sent me the screenshot.

When you're a painter, you get people who want to harass you anyway.

I guess this person is one of those people.

But this is the other problem, the tree-packing problem.

People say the picture smells like tress, but as I've said many times, I use dA's picture as a reference for basic practice, etc., and sometimes I take parts of it from the picture.

It's because I use it as a reference that I don't make any small changes and keep the campus size the same.

A lot of people on dA practice this kind of thing, and I've never seen anyone who posts photos get mad at me for imitating a pose.

Even if you just copy the pose by referring to the photo, it's always a clown! There are some people who want to beat me up.

There's no problem with any legal issues.

I used to make cards for a video game company, and out of the 10,000 cards I had, there were roughly 10 poses that were an exact match.

The problem is that it's so original that it's obvious whose work it is, and then you trace the colors and everything from that work and present it as your own.

People who don't know this are attacking me, assuming that tracing and copying is immediately illegal.

This is what most of the noise about tree-tracing is about, even though no one is a victim of it.

I won't apologize for imposing a self-serving sense of justice and being wrong.

Even when a game comes out that resembles Toriyama-sensei's design, the copyright~! And he was on fire.

The picture is not copyrighted. The people making the noise are ignorant.

To begin with, copyright is a matter of confession and a matter between the parties involved.

But it is rather coercion, intimidation and defamation for an outsider who has nothing to do with it to make a judgment from a layman's point of view, to verify that the work was reprinted without permission, and to treat it like a criminal and demand an apology.

All works of art, whether paintings, anime or manga, are based on imitation.

Originality can only come from imitation, and all creators know that.

And yet, referring to something is evil! There are so many people who believe that the decision is a good one.

It may look like you are always having fun drawing pictures, but as an illustrator, you are subjected to a lot of criticism.
