「イマドキ」っぽい色塗りをすべく練習中。自分の色塗りのスタイルを厚塗りに移行させてゆかないと、と思いながら試行錯誤を繰り返してます。理由としては、やっぱりイマドキの漫画家は漫画を描くだけではなくて、アートとしての一枚絵もどれだけ綺麗に描けるか、というのも、大事な資質のひとつであると、日々実感するからです。「漫画も読みたい、でも、漫画だけじゃなくて単発のイラスト絵も欲しい」、そう思ってもらえる作家を目指したいものです。 Practicing 2018-ish painting style. I've been trying to update my painting style into the current one. Yes, to be honest, I've been trying. It's because, from my observation, the skill to draw an illustration as an established work, is required for manga creators in these days as well as the talent to create manga. "I want to read his manga, but also I am a big fan of his illustration, too!". That's the condition I've been pursueing.
