Palestra V1.45.2 (Pixiv Fanbox)

This has been a painful update to make due to several issues and loss of work due to a dead SSD, but I managed to get it out in time! >< This update is the second part of the brothel update, I've made several changes to ease up the grind in some parts of the game, please do tell me when things feel too grindy! I don't play the game myself so having that kind of feedback is important too on top of the bug reports.

- Fixed a few typos

- Fixed the Brothel Upgrader saying his "New upgrades available" line multiple times if you have a lot of points.

- Fixed the brothel cameo guests not appearing

- Changed the cameo guests to start appearing at 100 points instead of 300
