Slutty gyarus are the best aren't they...? I tried to do quite a bit of creative exercise designing this costume... Usually gyaru designs are erotic but it stops at the teasing level... I wanted to make something that looks like an outrageous slut instead, but still has a casual feel to it. I think someone that's supposed to act like a professional idol openly being slutty is quite hot.
