Goddess of Tari - Neptunia (Pixiv Fanbox)

The goddess of the fallen nation of Tari or... Just simply Rei Ryghts' in her psychotic goddess form. (ᵔᴥᵔ) Think I'm finally starting to make better looking chests so to speak.
