I thought of it in terms of the cute girl becoming a terrifying monster. In the case of Saya, she is already a terrifying monster and only appears cute because of the main character's affliction, so there is a difference, but the general theme of the opposing images of "cute girl" and "terrifying monster" are similar. Maybe the comparison isn't quite right, but I still really enjoyed your work and I'm looking forward to the next scenario!
