Since I am limited to how many times I can send out Newsletters I will send out two a week. One on Wednesday and one on Saturdays.

ニュースレターの送信回数に制限があるため、週に2回送信します。水曜日に1つ、土曜日に1つ。

That way if you join you can hopefully get it with out having to wait too long.
