Some of you may not be aware but some big companies are pressuring Pixiv to change their terms of use, and trey'll possibly ban a lot of artists like tumblr and Patreon did in the past, I'm trying to find out what's really is going on but I'm feeling the ban coming for me soon.

A common date I keep seeing is December 14th, the ban is concerning gore-related topics from what I understand though.

The rumor is that the new rules will only affect RL content, not fiction. I can only wait and hope.

Why do execs give a crap? They would make more money with artists producing that stuff on the website. Hope it results in rules that are at least easy to skirt around.

Lots of Western woke pressure on Japan at the moment. Vice just did a hit piece on how Japan is full of pedos 'cause Japan makes "problematic" content. Akamatsu-sensei (Negima!, Love Hina, UQ Holder) ran for political office in Japan to try to stop this woke rubbish (and more).
