2021年振り返り (Pixiv Fanbox)

◆ご挨拶

こんにちは、エアリです。

いつの間にか2021年も終わろうとしているので、近況報告も交えながらお絵描きマンとしての活動を振り返ってみようかと思います。

かなり長文です。私に興味ない人は一番の下の絵だけでも見ていってね！

◆Twitter

まずはお騒がせ中のTwitterアカウント変更の件ですが、新アカウントも現在シャドウバン状態のためまだ本運用はできておりません。運用方針ですが、シャドウバンを避けるために、センシティブでないイラストのみ投稿し、外部リンク付きのツイートを極力減らします。新アカウントがシャドウバンになっているのはおそらくスパム対策と思われるため、ひとまず正常化するのを待っているところです。

6月のBlog記事で記載した『目標5000フォロワー』ですが、旧アカウントが1152フォロワーで目標達成ならずでした。要因としてはシャドウバンが大きく影響していると考えています。8月までは順調に伸びていたのですが9月時点でツイートのインプレッションが一気に半分になり、11月末には8月と比べて50分の1まで減少して、フォロワー以外にはツイートが届かない状態になっていました。そのような状況だったのでフォロワー数が伸びなかったのだと思います。

シャドウバンのリスクを考慮するとTwitterのフォロワー数を増やそうとすることが時間の無駄なので、前述のような運用に変更することにしました。

◆お絵描き

これまで描いてきた多くのイラストはSkebを利用してクライアントの方からネタを提供していただきながら描きました。絵のお仕事や作品がない私にとってはとてもありがたいことで何事もなければ続けていきたいのですが、現状いくつかの問題を抱えているため今後はほんの少しだけSkebの割合を減らそうと思います。今の運用の、リクエストがきたら一日以内に承認し募集停止して書きあがったら再開（ただし描きたいものがあったら少し金額を上げておく）というのが自分に合っている感じなのでこれを続けつつ、今までよりもう少し自分の好きなものを混ぜていくつもりです。半年前と比べれば確実に筆は速くなってきているのでそれによって自然とバランスは取れるようになる見込みです。

圧倒的な遅筆が少しずつ改善されつつあるのですが、イメージ通りに素早く描けるようになったという意味での改善ではなく、おそらく作業手順のパターン化による時間短縮の面が大きいと考えており、まだまだ油断ならないです。

それから最近絵が停滞してるなと感じていました。目指すべき絵柄として今よりもっとアニメ塗りに寄せたいという思いがあるので、今後少しずつ変化が出てくると思います。あくまで女の子の可愛さを追求することを常に念頭に置いて、背景、シチュエーション、感情表現など雰囲気作りに必要な画力が今年は伸ばせなかったので来年はがんばります。

やるぞ！と匂わせたのに現時点で結局デビューできていません。

◆Fanbox

現在私が最重要視しているのがFanboxの支援者の皆様で、これを心の支えにして絵を描いているといっても過言ではありません。

どんな運用になるかもわからない状態の開設初月から今なお継続して支援いただいている方が3名もいらっしゃいますし、Skebで高額のリクエストを頂戴した上に納品が終わっても継続してご支援くださっている方もいらっしゃいます。ご支援者の皆様、本当にありがとうございます。

私はただ絵を投稿することしかいまだできていないのですが、来年はそのあたりの動きも見せていきたいです。

◆Greeting

Hello.

Before I know it, 2021 will be coming to an end, so I thought I'd take a look back at my activities with a status report.

This is quite a long article. If you're not interested in me, just take a look at the picture at the bottom!

◆Twitter

First of all, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the change of Twitter account, but the new account is currently in shadowban mode, so it is not yet operational. In order to avoid the shadowban, I will only post non-sensitive illustrations and reduce tweets with external links as much as possible. The reason why the new account is in shadowban is probably due to anti-spam measures, so I am waiting for it to normalize.

I mentioned in my blog post in June that I had a goal of 5,000 followers, but I didn't reach my goal with 1152 followers on my old account. It was growing steadily until August, but by September, the impressions of my tweets dropped to half of what they were in August, and by the end of November, they had dropped to 1/50th of what they were in August. I think that the number of followers did not grow because of this situation.

Considering the risk of shadowbanning, it was a waste of time to try to increase the number of Twitter followers, so I decided to change the operation to the one mentioned above.

◆Drawing

Many of the illustrations I've done so far have been done using Skeb, with material provided by clients. I'd like to continue using Skeb if everything goes well, but I'm having some problems, so I'd like to reduce the ratio of Skeb just a little bit in the future. The current system of approving requests within a day of receiving them, stopping accepting submissions, and reopening when they're done (but raising the price a bit if there's something I want to draw) seems to work for me, so I'm going to keep doing that and mix in a bit more of what I like. My brush strokes are definitely faster than they were six months ago, so I expect to be able to achieve a natural balance with that.

My slow strokes are gradually improving, but not in the sense of being able to draw quickly and exactly as I imagined, but probably more in the sense of saving time by patterning my work procedures, so I'm still on my toes.

Also, I've been feeling that my painting has been stagnant lately. I've been thinking that I'd like to get closer to the anime style of painting that I'm aiming for, so I'm sure I'll see some changes in the future. I always keep in mind that I want to pursue the cuteness of the girls, and I was not able to improve my drawing skills this year, which are necessary for creating atmosphere, such as background, situation, and emotional expression, so I will do my best next year.

◆Doujin

I said I would do it, but as of now, I haven't made my debut yet.

◆Fanbox

It's no exaggeration to say that I'm painting with the support of my Fanbox supporters as my most important source of support.

There are three people who have continued to support us since the first month of operation when we didn't even know what kind of operation we would be doing, and there is also a person who received a high request on Skeb and continues to support us even after the delivery is finished. Thank you very much for your support.

I have only been able to contribute my drawings, but I hope to show some progress in that area next year.
