To my dear supporters on Fanbox

This message is exclusive to you:

Due to the differences between exchange rates, the values of the tiers on Fanbox were disproportionate to the values of support on other platforms.

Therefore, on February 29, 2024, I will readjust the values of the Tiers to be equivalent to the values in USD that are being charged on my Patreon and now on my recent open Subscribestar.

In other situations, I would even ignore (as I have been ignoring for years) this difference. The problem is that the Fanbox platform has proven to be quite disappointing over time.

Between questionable and arbitrary punishment policies for some fellow creators and poorly justified questions about values not passed on to me by the platform, what bothers me most about this platform is the neglect in making it better accessible to creators and supporters. The message sending system is very flawed. Many of my supporters here simply don't receive my messages with their passwords.

Today for example, I discovered that I need to click the "SEND" button TWICE for a confirmed message to actually be sent to a subscriber. I've lost count of the times I've sent a message, clicked on "SEND" and the message went up in the history, but it wasn't saved (because I have to confirm this twice).

It's really annoying to have time wasted by mini-bureaucracies that should have been resolved a long time ago. I wonder why the platform doesn't yet have an APP for mobile devices. It's hell that I have to log in to my cell phone every time I need to send a message with the passwords to a new subscriber.

This is when I actually receive the notification that there was a new subscriber.

So, friends, these reasons make me seriously think about continuing on this platform. And if it's to continue, at least it's worth it for me.
