When we open a scene in StudioNEO, the program reads the scene card information and identifies all the mods contained in it to insert into the scene. It is very (very) common to open a scene and it appears very different from the preview shown. This is due to several facts:

1. Items StudioNEO identified on the card but didn't find in your installation (the mods) usually turn into "Sphere" items. To avoid/solve this, check the scene card with the HSResoverID the list of mods the scene has, download and install them correctly.

Items in red are mods missing from the current installation. Next to each one, the Plugin indicates the correct location to download the missing mod. Click on the blue link and the Plugin will open your browser to the correct download page.

Items in orange are mods you already have in your installation but may be conflicting with another one. Normally, orange items do not cause problems. If for an example it is a "hair" item, there will be two mods in orange that have the same conflicting ID. If you happen to open the character and the hair is wrong, open Character Studio and manually switch the hair to the one listed in orange next to the first one. One of the two will always be right.

2. My animated scenes are made through the Timeline plugin created by Joan6694. You can download it and its essential other mods from its website: https://joan6694.bitbucket.io/

Do yourself a favor and download all mods from your website. Almost all are fundamental. If you feel grateful, make a donation to him too. Their efforts are critical in the Honey Select community.

3. Depending on how you installed your IBL and HRL (both on Joan's website) the colors and tones of the lights may be different. I will make my graphic settings folders available where these settings are available. BACKUP YOUR FILES BEFORE OVERWRITE THEM WITH MINE.

4. A very common bug that happens in my scenes is when you open a scene and the penis is the wrong size or misaligned according to the preview. To solve this, just click on the penis item in the "Worspace" window. I usually attach the Penis item to the character's waist (see attached figure)

5. Sometimes, for some totally random reason, the figure carries a totally bizarre pose. Sometimes this happens only with the hands, sometimes just the head and weight, sometimes the whole body(!). To solve this, just select the figure in the "Workspace" window and then the main menu button "ANIM" >> "Kinematics">>"FK&IK"

6. You have installed all mods correctly but animation does not start. Open the Timeline plugin and press "PLAY".

Basically this covers the main issues I remember coming up with Studio. I remind you that this engine is extremely limited originally and the results we can see some great artists achieve is due much more to the excellent work of the various modders than the original game programmers.

If there is any doubt, I strongly recommend joining the Illusion Soft channel on Discord. It is the best source of content for Illusion games like Honey Select (1 and 2), koikatsu, Playhome, among others.
