You can say a lot about Bleach, but the one thing that I think rings most true is how amazing the character designs are, and I think Tier is proof of that. Not only is she smoking hot, but she's also a very cool character. A character with a personality I quite enjoy, one that I hope I pulled off well with this piece. Many years ago I drew Tier a lot, but at some point, I stopped drawing her, so getting back and drawing her again was great and I don't plan to leave her hanging that long again! I knew this one would take a while, but I think it was worth it, so I hope you enjoy her as well.
